Return policy for personalized items: At Joy Designs, each personalized product is made individually for you. Please therefore note our return and refund policy:
Personalized & custom products. All sales are final for personalized or custom-made items (e.g., engravings, prints, or specially designed products).
Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not possible after production has begun, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders: Should your order arrive damaged or if there was an error on our part...
(e.g., spelling mistakes on our part, wrong product, wrong color/size), we will of course replace the item free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and include clear photos of the product and the packaging.
Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that all personalization details (names, dates, designs, sizes, colors, etc.) are correct before ordering. We are not liable for errors made by the customer.
Non-personalized items: Standard products (non-personalized) can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
